| Dawson Creek - Marina Daniels Point Marina is a planned 650-slip inland marina with on site boat launch. The marina will be owned and operated by the boat slip owners. Slips from 25 feet to 50 feet will have water and electricity and be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The current price is $1,500 per linear foot with incremental price increases planned. Overlooking the marina will be the Harbor Club with additional amenities. A restaurant and ship store are being planned. Although the marina is only a short distance to the Neuse River, our upland basin marina offers a safe and protected harbor for your vessel. An estimated cost of $500 per year is projected for slip owners to maintain the marina. |
