We can highly recommend the services of Thomas Cleary as both a real estate agent and as
a facilitator of CAMA applications and permitting.
Thomas was totally involved throughout the process of purchasing our lot in Vandemere
and getting all the paperwork to the attorneys and involved parties on time as promised. He
communicated every step of the way and we were never left in the dark or wondering where
we were in the process.
As well, Thomas was extremely helpful in getting the CAMA permit for the dock to be built
on our new lot. Again, he met with the CAMA engineers and relayed all the paperwork back
and forth and kept us informed every step of the way from permitting to construction. He
even sent us pictures of our new dock as it was being built .
Lastly, Thomas also helped us with the clearing of our lot and getting it into cleared and
usable shape. Again, he kept us informed all along the way and sent pictures as well.
It has been a pleasure working with Thomas. He certainly goes above and beyond all
expectations we have ever had in working with a real estate agent and we can highly
recommend his services.

Thomas Cleary is one of the reasons, my wife and I relocated to Pamlico county. He
provided all the "local knowledge" we needed to make the decisions involved in a move
from out of state. He shares his knowledge about Eastern NC, and its unique combination
of land and water, very freely. I wish we had him to guide us for the other 4 long distance
moves we have made."

Thomas has been helping us relocate from Virginia to Pamlico County for the last couple of
years. He has been responsive, reliable, and incredibly helpful. His shared local knowledge
of the area, water access and permitting, and County/State regulations kept us out of
trouble each step of the way, and helped us understand the nuances (and costs) of settling
in the North Carolina tidewater area. We would have been lost without his help! Thanks,
