| Sykes Builders, Inc. has built many of Pamlico County’s finest homes since our establishment in 1985. We guard and uphold our reputation for building homes of highest quality and for straight forward business practice. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction with the building experience. We achieve this by stressing quality materials, high standards of craftsmanship and careful attention to details whether it is a large complex house or a modest vacation home. Experience in building here for more than 20 years has given us an excellent knowledge of material and construction techniques that work best in our terrain and climate. None of our houses have had significant damage from the occasional storms affecting our area. We often build for absentee clients who cannot be on site for frequent consultation and input. In these cases we use telephone, email, fax and photography to insure frequent interfacing with the client. We encourage the client to visit the site when critical decisions must be made, such as: lot clearing, house location and orientation, approval of electrical plans; and final quality inspection. Our clients are, of course, welcome and encouraged to visit the site at any time. |
